Web Wizard: HTML & Web Design

Course Overview:

Web Wizard: HTML & Web Design introduces students to the foundational technologies of the web. This hands-on course empowers young learners to design and develop simple, visually appealing, and functional websites using free online tools.

Students will explore:

• HTML structure (headings, paragraphs, images, links)
• CSS styling (colors, fonts, layout, responsiveness)
• Basic web design principles (usability, accessibility, consistency)
• Creating multi-page websites
• Publishing their own webpage on the internet

Each session is project-based — learners build a profile page, a photo gallery, a blog layout, and even a mini portfolio website by the end of the course. Emphasis is placed on creativity, structure, and digital confidence.

By course completion, students will:

• Understand how websites are built from the ground up
• Gain real-world experience in HTML & CSS coding
• Create and share their own website live on the web
