Refund Policy for Live Classes

      1. Unused Sessions: If you have prepaid for a live course but have not attended all scheduled sessions, you are eligible for a refund for the unused sessions. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

      1. Cancellation Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment before the course begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

      1. No Refund for Attended Sessions: Once a session has been attended, it is considered used and non-refundable.

    No Refund Policy for Recorded Courses

      • Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of recorded (pre-recorded or self-paced) courses are final and non-refundable.

      • If you experience any technical difficulties accessing the content, please contact us for assistance.

    Cancellation by Learnshala

    In rare cases where Learnshala needs to cancel a scheduled live class or course, students will be offered:

      • A rescheduled session, OR

      • A full refund for the canceled session(s).

    Refund Request Process

    To request a refund for eligible live classes, please email learnshala.in@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name]” and include your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
