  • Parts of your public profile page, such as your name, description, and city, which are accessible to others.
  • Listing pages that are publicly visible, including details such as your precise location (if consented to), Listing description, calendar availability, public profile photo, and any other information you choose to share.
  • Learners may leave feedback for Tutors upon completing a booking. These reviews become part of the Tutor’s public profile and may also appear on the Listing page or other sections of the LEARNSHALA Platform.

Any content you submit to community forums, discussion boards, blogs, or social media posts on the LEARNSHALA Platform is publicly visible.

With your consent and in our legitimate interest to promote the LEARNSHALA Platform, we may display portions of the Platform (e.g., your Listing page) on websites operated by our business partners using technologies such as widgets or APIs. If your Listings appear on a partner site, details from your public profile may also be shown.

Publicly shared information on the LEARNSHALA Platform may be indexed by third-party search engines. While you may have options in your LEARNSHALA Account settings to opt out of this feature, search engines may still retain cached versions of your information. We do not control third-party search engine practices and cannot guarantee that outdated data will be removed from their databases.

  • The Learnshala Platform is not intended for children under 13.
  • If a child under 13 wishes to use our platform, parental or guardian consent is required.

    13.2 If you wish to access and correct Personal Data concerning you (which you are unable to update yourself within your LEARNSHALA Account), you may submit your request via email to learnshala.in@gmail.com

    14. Withdrawal of Consent

    14.1 You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use, disclosure or transfer of your Personal Data at any time by emailing at contact@learnshala.in. 

    14.2 However, please note that any such withdrawal of consent may result in us being unable to continue providing our services or fulfilling our contractual obligations with you, including but not limited to termination of your access to the LEARNSHALA Platform and cancellation of your LEARNSHALA Account.
