Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Digital Products & Course Access
Learnshala offers digital courses in the form of live interactive sessions and recorded (self-paced) courses. No physical shipping is required for these courses. Upon successful payment:
- Live Classes: Access details (meeting links, schedules, etc.) will be provided via email or the Learnshala platform.
- Recorded Courses: Instant access will be granted after payment, and course materials will be available through the Learnshala learning portal.
2. Physical Study Materials (For Select Courses)
For certain courses (such as Abacus and others requiring physical materials), Learnshala provides study kits that will be shipped to the registered address provided during enrollment.
- Processing Time: Orders for physical materials are processed within 2-5 business days after enrollment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Depending on the location, delivery may take 5-10 business days within India. International shipping timelines vary.
- Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be mentioned at checkout before payment.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your physical study materials have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
4. Non-Delivery & Support
If you do not receive access to your digital course or your physical study materials within the specified time, please contact us at learnshala.in@gmail.com.
5. No Physical Shipping for Digital-Only Courses
If a course does not require physical study materials, there will be no shipping, handling, or delivery charges.
